SteriTek’s original facility in Silicon Valley (Fremont, CA) exhibits two 10 MeV 20 kW e-beam linear accelerators (LINACs), using simultaneous beam processing that allows for high volume production, providing uniform dose to the product without having to flip the customer’s boxes. This DualBeam™ configuration significantly increases efficiencies, expands product options, and serves as an effective backup for the accelerators.
SteriTek Fremont also offers huge flexibility in product dose range thanks to our custom accelerator configurations for sensitive products that allow us to target a range of doses from beyond 100kGy to well below 1kGy!
Our newest facility in Dallas (Lewisville, TX) opened in April 2023. This state-of-the-art facility currently boasts two 80kW-capable e-beam LINACs arranged in SteriTek’s DualBeam™ configuration. These flexible, high-power accelerators offer a number of distinct beam energies from 5.8MeV to 10MeV and also feature x-ray sterilization capabilities allowing SteriTek to efficiently and uniformly sterilize a wide range of different products.
