Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company was formerly known as Nghia Binh Pharmaceutical Enterprise II under Nghia Binh Medical Company, established in 1980. In 1989, after the Government separated the provincial administrative boundaries Nghia Binh became Binh Dinh and Quang Ngai provinces. Nghia Binh Pharmaceutical Factory II was renamed Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical Factory.

Through many model and name changes, in 2006, the Company switched to operating under the parent company-subsidiary model. By 2014, the equitization was completed, the company officially changed to a joint stock company model from March 1, 2014 with the name Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company (Bidiphar) .

With a foundation of 44 years in the field of manufacturing pharmaceutical products, up to now, Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company (Bidiphar) is proud to be a Vietnamese pharmaceutical company with steady progress and always at the forefront of research and application of new technology in management, production and business according to international standards. Bidiphar owns many pharmaceutical production lines that meet international standards: GMP-WHO such as: production lines for products that do not contain ß-lactams antibiotics (powder injections, freeze-dried injections, injectable drugs in solution...), production lines for products containing ß-lactam antibiotics (powder injections, tablets, film-coated tablets, hard capsules...).

Currently, Bidiphar is producing and circulating nearly 400 products nationwide, divided into 19 treatment groups. In addition to production and quality issues, Bidiphar also considers the development of quality human resources as a prerequisite for the Company to survive and develop in the market economy. With the goal of improving the professional and professional quality of human resources, Bidiphar has built a scientific and systematic training process to bring high efficiency.
