Douglas has expertise in high potency products (retinoids, anticancer, steroids, vitamin D) as soft gel capsules, semisolids, capsules and tablets. The company complies with EU and US GMP and was successfully inspected by the FDA in 2007, 2011 and 2015. A number of ANDAs and NDAs are under review, with a number of products launched in the USA. New Zealand and the EU have a Mutual Recognition Agreement on GMP, facilitating product supply into Europe. Douglas exports to more than 60 customers, including pharmaceutical companies in Europe, North America, Canada, Asia, Middle East and Australia. A key cornerstone of our business includes contract manufacturing and analytical services for several multinationals as well as small generic pharmaceutical companies.
